How the forecast works
ObservatoryOS combines structural condition models with reviewed signals to show conditions across its working Lenses, Workforce and SaaS.
Two signal sources
Structural Condition Models
Conditions are derived from transparent, editable factors that describe how work is actually performed, not how it is titled.
These models change slowly and intentionally, like climate patterns.
Reviewed Radar Signals
Publicly reported workforce changes are gathered and reviewed by hand before inclusion. Data is not updated continuously.
- · Provide real-world context
- · Increase evidence density on the radar
- · Never mechanically change condition scores
The Factor Model
Four weighted factors combine to produce composite pressure and durability scores. Adjust the sliders to see how the model responds.
From Signal to Evidence
Every piece of evidence goes through a systematic process before appearing on the radar.
Evidence Radar

"Radar signals inform the forecast.
They do not rewrite the atmospheric model."
Evidence provides context. Conditions are determined by structural factors.
